We have been having an increased number of stillbirths in our miniature donkeys. What do we need to do?

The first thing that needs to be done is to contact your veterinarian who will need to submit fetus and placenta tissue samples of the aborted and stillborn fetuses. Blood samples from the mares also need to be collected in order to make a specific diagnosis.
