Should I spray my house/school for head lice?

No, head lice do not survive for long off their human hosts. The best place to target head lice is on their hosts. However, for items like pillows, hairbrushes, coats and other items that people lay on, may need to be deep cleaned or placed in a large black plastic bag. Place the plastic bag outside in the sun for over 5 hours this will help kill any leftover lice.
