My first suggestion is to contact your veterinarian. Continue to feed and water and implement some physical therapy as your veterinarian suggests. There are many reasons why cattle may be down and cannot get to their feet. Some of these may be nutritional problems, others may be problems related to injuries. The problem must be diagnosed before the proper treatment can begin.
