I've got a big pigeon infestation job to clean up and am looking for some information on any possible diseases that I need to protect myself from.

Several diseases can be contracted from pigeon droppings. However, the most significant one is histoplasmosis. Histoplasmosis is a condition, typically of the lungs, that comes from inhaling fungal spores contained in pigeon and other kinds of droppings.
