I want to use corn plants as "supports" for pole beans. When do I plant the beans?

Pole beans should be planted at least 4 weeks after the corn as these plants are more sensitive to cold and will grow faster than the corn. Sweet corn should be planted about two week after  the danger of freezing weather has passed. Planting corn as early as possible will avoid some pest problems.
