How do I stop my dogs from killing my plants? Every time I plant something, the dogs dig them up and break them into pieces.

Unless you train your dogs to stay out of your plants, there isn't much advice for you. There are 'dog repellants' but it is impossible to verify their usefulness. Have you tried fencing the dogs away from the garden?
