The bee balm can probably hold its own, but you need to address the problem of how much vinca (Vinca minor) and moneywort (Lysimachia nummularia) you want in your garden; they are both invasive. These perennials spread quite rapidly, and if you allow it to continue you will have no space remaining for your other plants. Annuals would not be in a good situation to compete with these and established perennials. It may seem harsh, but we suggest you systematically remove the vinca and moneywort from any areas you wish to maintain for other plants.
