Can you suggest some low edging plants with white flowers (not Alyssum) to plant where tulips have finished blooming?

Some low-growing perennials might be: white creeping phlox, lamb's ears (Stachys), Snow in Summer (Cerastium tomentosum), or Bellflower (Campanula White Clips). Some low-growing annual flowers are white ageratum, white petunias (the Silver Tidal Wave petunia cultivar would trail), white impatiens, and white wax begonias are a few.
