The inability to manage diversity in the workplace can be extremely harmful. It can cost in:
• discrimination suits;
• litigation time and money;
• legal fees/settlements;
• high employee turnover rates; and
• negative community image.
You can keep your risks at a minimum by understanding what cultural diversity is, why it matters, and how to effectively manage your agency in terms of diversity.
