A good report summarizing a great deal of research on gay and lesbian parents can be found in the report by the American Psychological Association, "Lesbian and Gay Parenting" (www.apa.org/pi/parent.html). This report includes an annotated bibliography summarizing specific research studies.

There also exist a number of support groups for gay fathers (Gay Fathers of Greater Boston at www.gayfathersboston.org and Gay Fathers of Toronto at www.gayfathers-toronto.com/). You can probably receive additional information from them.
