What is the approximate timing for a cotton plant to reach various growth stages?

The time can vary based on variety, environment or pest damage, but in general:
Emergence is 4 to 30 days, average 7-10 days.
First true leaf appearance is 6-12 days.
First square is 35-45 days.
First bloom is 57-70 days.
First square to first bloom is about 22-28 days.
Bloom to open boll is about 40 to 80 days, average of 55-60 days.
Rate of blooming from one node to the next on the main stem is about 3 days.
Rate of blooming from one node to the next on fruiting branches is about 6 days.
Fiber length develops in 20 to 25 days after bloom.
Fiber thickness begins after total fiber length is obtained and proceeds for 30 to 40 days.
