We use material from milk replacer companies that manufacture milk replacer for veal calves (such as Milk Specialties) or veal raising companies. Cooperative Extension does not publish information as a market contract must be signed before starting to ensure a market for the veal calves. There are a number of very good commercial organizations that can provide information on veal production including the major milk replacer manufacturers.
