Can you give me a tip on where to find information on veal (white meat) production?

We use material from milk replacer companies that manufacture milk replacer for veal calves (such as Milk Specialties) or veal raising companies. Cooperative Extension does not publish information as a market contract must be signed before starting to ensure a market for the veal calves. An Ohio State Extension fact sheet on raising veal calves can be accessed at ohioline.osu.edu/as-fact/0007. There are a number of very good commercial organizations that can provide information on veal production including the major milk replacer manufacturers.
