If the finely ground corn is 800 to 1,100 microns in size, both corn forms should perform similarly based on Land O'Lakes/Agway data. Steam flaked corn must also be 26 lb bushel weight! Steam flaked corn will have a slight depression on milk fat percent and increase in milk protein content.
