What is the Entrepreneurial League System®?

Last Updated: December 15, 2011

View as web page

The Entrepreneurial League System® (ELS), developed by Gregg Lichtenstein and Thomas Lyons, draws on the analogy of the professional baseball league system. Business owners can start in the "rookie league" (for the most inexperienced entrepreneurs) and progress to the "major league" (entrepreneurs who are highly skilled). The ELS is intended to recognize that entrepreneurs are very diverse and come with varying skill levels and experiences. As such, assistance can be tailored to meet the unique needs of entrepreneurs. An added benefit of ELS is it offers a list of skills needed as you grow your business. An effective Entrepreneurial League System® calls for coordination among providers to meet the needs of the full range of business owners.
