It is illegal to mix Bovatec and Rumensin, even though they are both ionophores. For more official rules, consult the FDA Feed Additive Compendium. It costs a significant amount to get the compendium, but you may also discuss it with your local feed person as they should have it or access to it.
With that said, there is no need to mix the two together. Rumensin has some different attributes that are common when feeding feedlot cattle and may help control feed intake differently than Bovatec.
As a transition diet, consider some feed by-products such as distillers grains, dry corn gluten feed, soyhulls that consists of a highly digestible fiber component. Mix a diet that is half hay and equal parts of distillers or gluten feed, and your corn mix. Include the supplement that contains the ionophore according to lable directions.
Always follow lable direction in the supplement that contains the ionophore. As calves transition from the creep-feed to the new diet, make sure there is enough bunk-space so that all calves a chance to consume the diet.
