I planted a candy corn vine (Manettia bicolor) this past spring on a trellis. Will it winter over? Do I need to do anything before winter?

This vine is hardy to USDA hardiness zone 7b, it will not overwinter in more northern climates. Some people overwinter Manettia bicolor indoors as a house plant or in a cool greenhouse. Or you could try rooting cuttings and growing them indoors over the winter.
