What are the different types of ventilation controls for both mechanical and natural ventilation systems?

1. Single-stage thermostats: These are electro-mechanical devices used to control fans and heating or cooling equipment. Each piece of equipment typically has its own thermostat. 2. Basic integrated controllers: Basic controllers function like several thermostats in one package. One sensor is used to control several individual pieces of equipment such as fans and heaters. 3. Smart integrated controllers: Smart controllers "know" what type of equipment is connected and which pieces are operating at any given time. They can switch individual components off and on, or even vary the speed of a fan. Initially, they must be correctly programmed with the make and model of each piece of equipment it is connected to.
