What are some edible flowers that I can use in cooking?

Not all flowers are edible, so you need to be sure you are selecting the right flowers to eat.  Some examples are:

  • Bachelor's buttonCentaurea cyanus

  • Beebalm, Monarda didyma

  • Calendula, Calendula officinalis

  • Chives, Allium schoeonoprasum
