How do you get a kalanchoe to re-bloom?

Fertilize kalanchoes every few months with a half-strength solution of an all-purpose, water-soluble fertilizer. Kalanchoes are widely available in Colorado and make nice flowering plants for the homes that provide color during the winter months. Kalanchoes on a deck during the summer are an attractive part of a patio container display. They are challenging to get to re-bloom and should be treated as an expendable plant.
