Cutting or shearing the top growth of the catmintĀ as the first flush of flowers fades will stimulate fresh growth and a new display of flowers within several weeks. Removing spent flowers is always a good practice that will encourage a continuation of bloom and keep plants looking their best. For more information, please see the PlantTalk script "Catmint."
