My grandparents grew apricots and I loved the tree as well as the fruit. Do they grow in Colorado?

Just as with peaches, apricots rarely bear fruit here because frost usually gets the early blossoms. This, however, should not discourage homeowners from purchasing apricots. Their aesthetic value far outweighs their ability to bear fruit. Especially attractive is their glossy foliage. In Colorado, try the varieties Goldcot and Moorpark.**
