There are many books out there that may address some of your requests but not one that I know of that would address all of them. One publication you might want to check out is listed below. This is the Native Plant Revegetation Guide for Colorado which will provide you with many native plants.
Another possibility is Guide to Colorado Wildflowers in two volumes authored by G.K. Guennel. The book doesn't always say if a plant is native but it will mention berries and whether they are edible or not.
