Iris pseudacorus is listed as an invasive plant by the USDA. Is this iris a problem in Colorado?

Iris pseudacorus does not appear on the official Colorado noxious weed list. It does not seem to be a problem here likely because Colorado is such a dry state. It is worth watching for and presumably one not to plant and tempt fate. There are a wealth of other irises that we can plant that are not a potential problem and will serve as well or better for adding beauty to our landscapes.
