There are several herbicides that will work to remove arugula. Horticultural-grade vinegar will help and is labeled for organic use. Should non-organically labeled products interest you, consider spot spraying with a non-selective herbicide or apply a broadleaf herbicide to your entire lawn. When using a pesticide, read and follow the label directions.
