Is there a spring tulip bulb I can grow here in Colorado that wild geese will not destroy?

No, there is not. Even so, placing chicken wire barrier over the bulbs might eliminate the problem. The wire should have holes large enough for the flower stems and leaves to pass through, but small enough to prevent the geese from pulling the bulbs up. Place this over the soil and pin it down to keep the geese from getting at the bulbs and young shoots.
