There is now a wealth of information available on how we can relax our muscles, boost our immune system and increase a general sense of well-being by our thinking and by deep breathing and relaxation exercises. Research has demonstrated that within two weeks of doing a relaxation process for 20 minutes a day, there are dramatic positive changes in our body and mind.
