How do you control the small green worm that is feeding on my Double Knockout roses?

The "green worms" may be rose sawflies.   For photographs of the pest and control optiions, see: Rose and Pear Slugs (Sawflies).   Note that some of the pesticides recommended in the publication are no longer on the market: i.e., Orthene™ (acephate). You should contact your local county Cooperative Extension office for a current, up-to-date pesticide recommendation.
