I exercise every day for 30 minutes, but I do not lose weight. What is the problem?

The issue may be that you take in more calories during the day than you burn off in your 30 minutes of exercise. It is recommended that in order to lose weight or maintain weight loss, an adult needs to exercise most days of the week for 60 to 90 minutes at a moderate intensity. You might try keeping a food diary and recording your food intake for a couple of days. This may help you pinpoint where some extra calories might be coming from in your diet.
