Skipping breakfast does not help people lose weight. In fact, people who skip breakfast are more likely to weigh more than people who eat three meals a day! Why? Most people who skip breakfast will end up eating more calories later in the day, and their food choices are less healthy. Breakfast foods can be easy and tasty. Try foods like whole-grain toast with peanut butter or a piece of fruit and a glass of low-fat milk.
