Energy drinks like Red Bull contain high amounts of caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant that may give more energy for a few hours, but it does have negative side effects such as irritability and sleep problems. A healthier way to have more energy would be to eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep, and exercise regularly.
