Combination casseroles and entrees such as stew and spaghetti can be frozen for 4 to 6 months. Non-meat dishes can be frozen for 2 to 4 months. Dishes such as meat loaf can be frozen for 3 to 4 months. After this period of time, while they are still safe, they begin to lose quality. Use freezer-safe containers to maintain good-quality product.
