It seems like portions in restaurants are awfully large, but I want to get my money’s worth. What can I do to eat less but not waste food or money?

You are correct. Restaurant portions are large and often more than most people need to eat. A good solution to this problem would be to take half of your meal home for another meal. Another solution is to share with a family member or friend.
