Not always.

Many sugar-based drinks, such as fruit punches and fruit-flavored drinks have vitamin C and fruit-flavoring added but no actual fruit juice. It is very important to read labels to ensure you are getting what you are looking for. If a product is 100% juice, it will be labeled as such. The best sources of vitamin C are fruits and vegetables.

Sugar-sweetened drinks should be limited, including those that contain added vitamins. Even 100% juice should not be consumed in large quantities since it has lots of calories.
