There are many species of cockroaches in this region of the U.S.  However, there are only four main species thought of as pests:

  • Smokey Brown Cockroaches
  • American Cockroaches
  • German Cockroaches
  • Asian Cockroaches

Note: Asian and German cockroaches look nearly identical and their control measures are basically the same.
