Any production or handling operation that is certified by an accredited certifying agent, regardless of where in the world the production or handling operation is located, is eligible to use the “USDA Organic” seal on applicable products. No operation is required to use the seal. The USDA Organic seal may not be used on products, which contain less than 95% organic ingredients.
