Can reclaimed water be used for irrigation on organic farms?

Generally, the National Organic Program regulation places no further restrictions on reclaimed water used for irrigation beyond those imposed by State Departments of Natural Resources. Water used to wash or rinse organic crops must comply with the EPA’s Safe Drinking Water regulation.
