What are some of the signs that my goat may be sick?

  1. Poor appetite

  2. Poor body condition scores (below 4 on a scale of 1 to 9)

  3. Dull coat, scaly skin, loss of hair

  4. Isolation

  5. Mucous discharge from the nose and eyes

  6. Loss of body weight

  7. High body temperature (105.8°F or higher)

  8. Lame or swollen joints

  9. Swelling in any body part

  10. Lethargy

  11. Labored breathing

  12. Straining or crying when urinating
