A damp crawl space can lead to mold growth or structural deterioration in the crawl space. It also can be a source of excess moisture in your home, that might cause various moisture concerns. It could lead to excessive indoor humidity, condensation, dust mites, mold growth, or other air quality issues in your home. This might also support condensation within the insulation or structure, which could lead to long-term degradation or failure of the insulation or structural materials.
