For some, a wildfire is a traumatic experience, especially if people or animals were injured or killed. Fire can change many of the property aspects that one values when choosing a home. For others, the changes incurred from the fire can be a time of fascination with the vegetation response and an opportunity to rebuild a more satisfying, fire-resistant structure.
