I am not aware of any national listing of commercial service providers for manure management issues. I might suggest three state options that may be helpful:
1. Each state's USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) maintains a list of private sector technical service providers (TSPs) approved for consulting on cost share funding. A contact with your local NRCS office should help you connect with that list.
2. Your state extension specialist for animal manure management issues may be aware of private sector consultants providing manure management services. I would contact your county's Cooperative Extension office and ask if they could help you identify this point of contact. Your county's Agriculture Extension agent may also be aware of locally based service providers.
3. Regarding the physical management of manure, some states require training and registration for custom haulers and applicators of manure and manure products. Contact the agency in your state that regulates animal feeding operations, or has the delegated authority for enforcing CAFO permits and nutrient management rules; they may have a list of commercial cleaning, hauling and application services.
