Do prefabricated boilers exist in the United States?

Yes. A boiler is a vessel or tank where fuel is combusted to produce hot water or steam. This hot water or steam can be used for a variety of applications ranging from space heating and power production to industrial process heat. A prefabricated or packaged boiler comes assembled with the necessary components and is ready for installation on-site. While packaged boilers exist in the United States, they are not utility grade.
