You should try to get your retail employees under 8031, "Meat, Fish, or Poultry--Retail", or perhaps another of these codes if you can justify it.
This should be cheaper. Oregon is a bit different from most other states because 2081, "Butchering," does not exist, and therefore 2089 "Packing houses--all operations," has a higher premium because it includes 2081 risk.
