Comb honey is honey that is contained within beeswax. The beeswax is eaten with the honey. Liquid honey has been extracted from the beeswax and bottled prior to use. Granulated honey may be a result of the natural crystallization process or may be produced by blending a small amount of fine granulated honey with liquid honey and waiting until the honey crystallizes.
