Does honey have different flavors?

Yes, honey comes in a variety of flavors depending upon the floral source of the nectar. Clover and alfalfa honeys, the most common varieties in the supermarket, are light, mild honeys. Orange blossom has a hint of citrus. Buckwheat is a dark honey with a bold flavor.
