We assume that you mean the NEFE High School Financial Planning Program (HSFPP). Obviously, there has to be interest in teaching personal finance by a local school district and a teacher assigned to teach the course. An increasing number of states now mandate personal finance courses as a high-school graduation requirement. Assuming that school courses and teachers are in place, log in to the instructor's section of NEFE's Web site at http://hsfpp.nefe.org, and order the curriculum and student workbooks. If you have not registered yet as a teacher, just go to the same Web address, click on "Instructor's Log-In" and then click on the "Register" button. Once you have registered, you'll be taken directly into the HSFPP Instructor's Web site where you can place your order for materials. (If you haven't seen the program before and want to check it out, just order an information kit, and you'll receive a folder of materials, including a copy of the HSFPP Student Guide.)
