If you delay receiving Social Security benefits until you reach full retirement age (66 in my case) but plan to continue working, will your benefits be reduced?

You can continue to work as long as you would like after you reach full retirement age. The annual earnings limit will no longer apply, and you can earn any amount of money without a reduction of your Social Security benefit. However, if your income and/or a working spouse's income (if you file your income taxes jointly) exceeds established IRS income limits, you will need to pay taxes on a portion of your Social Security, which is a form of income reduction.
