For people who travel a lot with their horses in state, is there a way to get a health certificate that is good for more than 30 days?

In most states, a health certificate is only good for 30 days. You would need to contact your state veterinarian's office to see if it is different in your state. A link for the state veterinarian's offices in the United States is www.usaha.org.
