I own a grocery store. Can I cut boxed beef that is already inspected and sell it over the internet?

A grocery store operating under USDA's Retail Exemption can ship product to customers, e.g. from internet or phone sales, as long as you don't cook, smoke, cure, or can it. And to ship over state lines, you must be using federally-inspected boxed meats.

You cannot further-process state-inspected meat and then sell it to a customer in another state.
