Yes, you can get enough omega-3s without taking supplements. Eat foods that are rich in EPA and DHA omega-3s, such as 3 to 5 oz of fatty fish two times per week. Eggs enriched with DHA are also a good source. Try other food sources of EPA and DHA. There are also foods that are rich in ALA including walnuts, soybeans and flaxseeds.
