If an omega-3 supplement has a total amount of omega-3 listed as EPA/DHA does it matter if the amount of EPA and DHA are listed separately or is the total OK?

Both EPA and DHA are healthy omega-3 fats and their benefits will differ, but the bottom line is that they are both good for you. Supplements that list both probably are from fish oil sources and have more EPA than DHA.
